It was the most awful experience I have ever had at this hotel, I have stayed in the past and it was not this bad. The first room I was assigned to was dirty when I opened the door, the next room has soiled laundry outside the front door that stayed there for the duration of my stay, the room smelled of old cigarette smoke, had toilet paper in the corner and blood splat on the bathroom wall. It felt unclean and unsafe. I came down with a flu virus the evening after I checked out. I do not recommend this hotel

Meh and worried about pre-checkin text
It was fine. It was a little chilly, and the heater didn’t work. I’m glad it was only a little chilly. The property texted me a pre-checkin message where I gave a copy of my photo ID and credit card for incidentals. I had to give both again when I checked in and now I’m worried about identity theft. The desk person seemed a little confused when I mentioned the text. I told her the name of the sender, Canary, and she assured me it’s okay. But, I’m still going to monitor bank and credit score statements.

They use cleaning products with overpowering fragrance. I've never stayed at a place that did that to this degree--it was very uncomfortable since I couldn't leave the door open for fresh air (for safety reasons).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. However, I needed a staff member to set up the wi fi because the platform was not readable. The breakfast was minable unless you are into waffles. Overall, not bad for the price.

Basic basic property. Clean, but sparse. Pool was green, hot tub was not working. Breakfast was meager, all carbs and a little fruit. All room doors open to the parking lot, little security and there were police cars there the entire time we stayed.

At best it is just OK
First room wasn’t ready to stay-second room-toilet so loud when flushed, Fan in bathroom started making loud noises during 2nd use. Two flies in the room, not many stations on TV. Would never stay here again. The lady at front desk was very nice though!

A/C not working - room wiring all screwed up, had to sleep with all the overhead lights on to keep the refrigerator-microwave-TV on. No remote for the TV - phone dead. Front desk kept promising it would be fixed, but after 3 days, no one came. The room below us, over our balcony, had several people working to repair a car for the 3 days. It was up on jacks and other cars kept coming by - day and night - to work on car and try to jump start it. We truly could not believe all of this! Never had such an awful experience in over 50 years of travel.

People next to me partied til 530 in the morning. The phone in the room did not work. Called at least 10 times from my cell phone to front desk and nobody ever picked up. Customer service for very incovient night was non existent. I was told they would relay message to manager and have heard nothing so i paid to get NO sleep and no customer service

Pool was broken
I wish we had known that pool was not operational. It was 90 degrees and all we could do was sit in our room and watch TV.
