It smelled horrible and it really made the stay horrible. The beds were uncomfortable. The curtains had holes. The toilet seat had rips in it. Holes in the walls. Very nasty!

This is a Hoe-tel
This hitel looked nothing like the pictures online. My bed was not made with fresh sheets. I could feel the springs in the mattress. floors, walls, showers were dirty. Table was damaged and the chairs were unstable.

The room had no microwave and our food was wasted! The tv remote didn’t work, the shower curtain was hanging on by zip ties! The phone didn’t work to call the front desk so we had to walk down to the front desk and ask for more pillows and blankets and the guy said they won’t give us more pillows and gave us 1 thin blanket and told us to turn the heat on to keep us warm!

Avoid this place!!!
No hot water! When we mentioned it to management he said that there is hot water but you have to leave the shower on for 20 minutes before it warms up. And then he walked away. Toilet seat was broken. TV was broken

I had reserved a non-smoking room. When I checked in, I was told they had no non-smoking rooms available. This was very frustrating, given that I didn't have much of a choice for other options at the moment and had to concede to sleeping in the smoking room. In addition, the bedspread had holes, the towel racks had been torn off the wall, the toilet seat lid was missing, and there was no trash can in the room. We couldn't get out of the room faster the next day.

We asked for extra pillows and they won’t give us any. They said we are only allowed one each. Just for a pillow they won’t go ve us! Wow! Only one garbage can in the room, nothing in the bathroom. I don’t know if the shower curtain is old but no matter how you cover the sides so no water will drain on the floor, it still does make the floor wet. Only one face towel and one hand towel were in the room. The tv control has no back cover and the batteries keeps on falling off. I don’t think they sanitize the tables and the bathroom sink. The hanger holder is getting rusty. Not happy with the quality of the place.

Bring your hazmat suit
Surprisingly filthy, dirty bed sheets , tub and curtain grimy. Completely disgusting, we hoped we had hazmat suit to sleep on those beds . The stench of cigarette and pot smoke is there
