The breakfast staff Pam and the front desk Maleta made my experience extremely great . The staff the night before and made a mistake with my billing and Ms Maleta went above and beyond to straighten it out for me and was very apologetic and super sweet, whe was very professional and seem to really care about my experience. While my children and I were waiting , the breakfast area was being closed and Ms Pam allowed my kids and I enjoy the breakfast which was really good. Thank you both for the Hospitality although I booked a world wide Hotel it felt very much like family with my experience!!!!

I really liked my stay at this hotel. Everything was great and the service was excellent, specially Pam at the breakfast area. She kept everything very clean and was very nice, her smile made my day. I highly recommend this place.

Check in with Ms Olga was warm and welcoming… clean room, comfy bed, basic wi-if for free and upgrade for streaming free for Envoy members or 5 bucks, nutritious breakfast 👍 Worth the extra 20-25 bucks.

Great service.
Expedia over Booked the hotel. I feel bad that the stress fell onto the site. The staff were amazing and up graded our room. However a couple kiddos had to sleep on the floor. But the room was clean and breakfast was lovely.

The hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not very good. There must have been a sewer problem in the area because it smelled terrible outside of the facility. Staff was very friendly.

This is a really nice property to stay at. My only complaints were that our bathroom fan wasn’t working, our heater smelled like burning hair for a long time before it started working, and there was a poop stain in our toilet boil when we first checked in. Of course, all of these were minor inconveniences in comparison to the rest of our stay. But for the amount of money I paid for a suite, I kind of expected a little better. Especially because a sign on your door says that the room was cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay for your convenience. On the other hand, the staff were really nice and the beds were very comfy.

Great experience!
Beautiful place, very clean rooms and property. Staff was very friendly and amenities were great! The property was right off the highway, easy to locate and surrounded by many dining options. My only disappointment was I looked forward to sitting in the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order the entire trip.

The sofa beds springs were sharp, and we asked for a late check out they said they couldn’t do it…without even asking we were going to say noon n later realized noon is there actual check out time. The coffee machine had a used coffee pod in it, we booked through Expedia n it wasn’t the room we chose. We chose the king suite with sofa bed in separate area and the hot tub was suppose to be in the room. Very false advertising on expedias end. The breakfast was great loved that they had vegetarian options. The pool was nice too it was warm n indoors. The parking however was horrible we had to park in a shopping center across the seat.

Loved our 2 night stay. Girls trip- so we wanted a safe neighborhood and local fun. We loved the close mall and 10 wine tasting rooms within just a few miles. Staff was an 11 for helpfulness, and friendliness. About an hour from airport and our ultimate destination in Sonoma.

I had a very pleasant stay and I don't like to bring bad reviews, but the only reason the sanitation and cleanliness got 3 out of 5 stars was because I found a roach crawling on the window curtain when I got back to my room after being out all day. I expect better from a Marriott property. Gross and unacceptable.

Breakfast is good. I don’t like that i could hear someone snoring from the other room and the next day the elevator did not work, i’m glad were on the 2nd floor an not much things to carry downstairs.

Was really frustrated most of my stay. When we got there they gave me the wrong room, I walked in on someone. Housekeeping cleaned our room ONCE in our 6 day stay. I had to ask the front desk everyday for towels. The shower curtains were so short that it made the bathroom floor wet every time we showered. Not a great stay

First room was not good. Light didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. We moved. Beds were so uncomfortable. My oldest daughter actually slept on the ground. We used the pool and spa. It was dirty. The area was dirty. There was 5-6 young boys making a circus which caused us to get out!!! Would not recommend staying here!!!

solid, reliable but little too expensive
Clean and comfortable. Check in easy. Soft linens but bed was a little on the hard side. Wish the breakfast ended later on Saturday am as we weren't able to take advantage of it. No active air vent in bath made it very steamy. Price was high for area with no real attractions nearby. Not really in Napa valley. Mostly fast food in neighborhood near freeway.

Ice Macine broken, waited at front counter for 4 minutes while the staff was arguing in the back and yes they knew I was there. Room was not very clean, there was tooth paste splatter on the wall in the bathroom the alarm clock has a shiny very sticky substance on it.

When we arrived bedding was dirty and bathroom smelled like sweat. They changed the bedding and told them about the bathroom and they left it with no correction. The breakfast made us sick afterwards.

This property is predictably clean, professionally managed and inviting. Their food and beverage service is stellar. As a regular visitor to the area I appreciate knowing the predictability provided here. Its comforting to know we are safe and well cared for as we make travel plans. As an added benefit it is easy walking distance to eateries, convenience stores and am entertainment attraction.

Not in Napa, far from town. Old “suites” odd smell
Would not stay here ever again. Not in Napa as the location says. Outdated motel style rooms that have old furnishings and an uncomfortable bed. Bed was old and the sheets were itchy and paper like. It smelled odd inside the room and lobby and the lobby was locked and the attendant was nowhere to be seen. She was nice though. Doors were slamming through the night and the elevator was extremely humid and slow. Bathroom was old and shower pressure was weak. There are other actual resorts and hotels that offer amazing amenities and are priced far lower. Considering the cost of the “hotel”, this was extremely disappointing.

We specifically booked this hotel for the indoor pool and we get there and its closed. If youre going to advertise it make sure its available. Literally ruined our trip being this was the exact reason we booked it.

Great stay near Napa
We stayed in this hotel for 3 days to visit Napa and Sonoma area. Our room was a king bed with a small sitting area, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a small sink. It was very clean, bed was comfortable. Room and bathrooms were very roomy. The hotel offers breakfast which was very good and variety every day. The drive to Napa valley and Sonoma is not bad and we paid much less than hotels in Napa. Safe parking and several restaurants around in case you get hungry at night after a long day of exploring and tasting wines
