"We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee."

"This is a great location to stay in Petaluma. Close enough to downtown that walking to dinner is possible. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. This was our fifth stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was comfortable and with three of us, it was roomy and our granddaughter could have her privacy. The only drawback was the lack of a guard rail on the front steps. My husband and I are 76 so I would have felt more comfortable with a guard rail."
