Our home features three bedrooms, with two private bathrooms. We also provide two offices, each with a desk and chair. The second level office includes two external monitors, a sound system, and a laser printer. Stay connected easily with Verizon FIOS high-speed internet.  
  
The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for sharing meals at home. The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. You can step out and enjoy the beautiful wrap-around front porch, or have a cookout on the back deck with our grill.  
  
But the best feature of our home is its convenient location. The Vienna/Fairfax-GMU metro station is a short drive away, for easy rail access to Washington DC's top attractions: National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, the White House, and much more. If you prefer to drive, then you're just minutes from major highways (routes 66, 50, 29, and 236).  
  
For those staying closer to the home, you’re less than two miles from Old Town Fairfax and George Mason University amenities. You’re 500 feet from LIDL (a grocer) and Walmart for everything you want that we haven’t provided. Walk to a variety of delicious eateries and boutique shops. Convenience is king!  
  
Easy smart lock technology gets you in with your given access code upon check-in time.  
  
We are not on-site but any questions you have, please message us! We are available for quick responses via Airbnb messenger (preferred) from 10am - 10pm every day. If you have an urgent need outside of those hours, we have 24/7 on-call staff, please call us for the fastest response. Thank you for understanding!

\-Guapo’s, a 15 minute drive from Rust Rd, which is a Tex-Mex restaurant  
\-Cheesecake Factory at the Fair Oaks Mall, about 8 minutes drive from Rust Rd,   
\-Angelico’s Pizza, it is a family owned business and they have been in business for 10+ years. They have all types of pizzas, subs, desserts. This place would be about 5 minutes from Rust Rd.

We found this home a perfect spot for us and our dogs. The house was very clean, plenty of amenities and great location ( 10 minutes from the Vienna metro station). The fenced in back yard was a bonus! Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

The house was very comfortable and close to the places we needed to be. When they say you can walk to Walmart at Lidl, it’s immediately across the street behind a few trees. Very convenient for the 1 croissants at Lidl but you can hear the generator run all the time and trucks backing up for deliveries. Because the noise is a constant sound, it didn’t wake me but if you are sensitive to that, it’s important to note. Other than that, the pictures are very accurate. A fully fenced in yard for the dog was an extra bonus not mentioned on the site. Check in and out was very easy. Literally just pick up your stuff, turn off the lights, and go.

Would rate 4.5 out of 5\. House was very clean. Quiet location with no traffic noise despite being just down the street from a Walmart shopping center. Have discussed minor concerns about linens and towels with host who responded positively to suggestions. Would stay here again if we needed to be in this area in the future.

Spacious and clean house in a great location in Fairfax City. Proximity to lots of shops and restaurants but the street was still quiet. Great backyard for lounging or running around. Property manager very responsive.
