Easy access to town and to the great outdoors.Owner needs to pay attention to required maintenance. There is a broken window in the downstairs bedroom. Many other windows have a faulty seal, so the view through the windows is clouded by moisture between the windows. The carpets are very old, and are in need of replacing. Cat scratch damage on the edges of the couch. Some of the couch pillows are very thin, dirty, small tears. The wood around the windows needs ceiling, perhaps refinishing.The beds are comfortable.
