It offers the silence and the freshness of the thick stone walls typical of the houses of the ancient village of Pognana giving the opportunity to live in the heart of the village. From the balconies you will enjoy the fantastic light of the lake view. The proximity to the "Via Regia" gives access to the various trekking routes along the paths of the lake. - In the heart of the ancient village of Pognana Lario, Casa Sibiel stands out on the stone walls, the large windows and balconies that overlooking the wonderful Lake Como and inside for the vaulted ceilings. Admission is independent. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with every comfort. The house has a large living room with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa where you can spend pleasant time relaxing, reading a book, chatting, watching television or having a coffee or an aperitif. Nearby, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare from breakfast to dinner from snacks and appetizers, with the help of pots, knives, toaster, electric oven and microwave, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, juicer dishes , cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and beer mugs, Nespresso machine, minipimer. Going up the spiral staircase into the living room, you enter the upper floor where there are the bedrooms and the balconies overlooking the lake. The first with two single chest of drawers and relaxing armchairs has access to the balcony doors and the view is exceptional! The second room, pleasantly spacious, with a double bed has a wardrobe and a lap-top station. On request it is possible to add a single bed and a cot / crib for children. The whole house is served by a free wi-fi signal and satellite TV. Casa Sibiel, is naturally cool and silent thanks to the thick walls that isolate from the external heat. It allows those who stay there to experience the thrill of living in an authentic old house equipped with every modern comfort in the splendid setting of Lake Como. Des vieilles maisons accrochées à une forte pente. Habitations construites pour beaucoup avec des énormes pierres, qui se faufilent entre des sentes étroites pavées de galets, où l’on se perd le premier jour, mais d’où on apprécie la vue sur le lac dès le deuxième jour.Si vous venez en voiture, une petite auto est recommandée car les routes sont souvent étroites et les virages raides. Les propriétaires mettent à disposition un box privé et fermé, ce qui est très appréciable car les parkings sur la route au bas du village sont peu nombreux et vite saturés.La maison CASA SIBIEL est grande. Le confort est simple mais suffisant. Très belle salle de douche. Seul petit bémol : la famille à l’étage au-dessus des chambres est parfois, en soirée, un peu bruyante. Nous sommes très contents des quatre jours passés dans cette maison et d’avoir découvert cette région superbe. ##### Alain F. L'appartement est très bien situé. Très belle vue depuis les chambres / balcons. L'équipement est complet. Tout est propre. Les matelas sont de bonnes qualités. On peut faire son petit-déjeuner soi même (il y a une épicerie à proximité ). Il y a l'arrêt du bus C30 en bas des 138 marches. Avec le bus vous pourrez aller à Bellagio ou Como. Si vous voulez prendre le bateau env. quelques 400 marches plus bas et vous serez à l'embarcadere. Bon séjour, nous avons aimé !!! ##### Seta A. Casa Sibiel ist eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, unbedingt empfehlenswert! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, der Ausblick vom Balkon ist toll, das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, der kleine Ort Pognana Lario charmant. Cia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die viele hilfreiche Tipps gab und bei Bedarf gut erreichbar war. An die vielen Treppen im Ort gewöhnt man sich, bei diversen Orten am Comer See ist es genauso, gut zu Fuß muss man jedoch sein. Wenn man abends länger unterwegs sein will benötigt man ein Auto, weil der letzte Bus und die letzte Fähre vor 20 Uhr fahren. ##### Dagmar W. Must be able to climb many stairs to access the house from the lake boat. We enjoyed the climb and the maze like village. Great information for Covid tests location, grocery as well as Peppo's Bar/Eatery! Fun town, fun locals and who don' I'll t mind driving a lot like an Italian. i am a Pro after two days on the road to Pognana Lario. You will learn to drive real fast. Unbelievable views of the lake from our balcony real rustic old world village vibe! The only complaint was the older lady who lived above us was really loud! Séjour de 11 nuits en mai 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Dagmar T. 21 juin 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### außergewöhnlich Wir haben die Tage (11) in dieser sehr gut restaurierten, liebevoll eingerichteten und bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick von den Balkonen lässt die wechselnden Gesichter des Sees bestens beobachten. Dass zu der Wohnung auch eine Garage gehört, ist bei der Parkplatznot, die es zeitweise gibt, von großem Vorteil! Einzig beim Einzug war es etwas schwer die Koffer über die mittelalterlichen Straßen zu ziehen (das Ehepaar hat mit angepackt!). Überhaupt waren Cia und Mario sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das, obwohl sie bis 22.30 Uhr auf uns warten mussten. Der Ort bietet mit einem Lebensmittelgeschäft (die Sachen müssen allerdings ca. 100 Stufen hochgetragen werden ) und einer netten Bistrobar mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den See, alles was man braucht. Wir haben auch gerne von der direkten Busverbindung und der Anlegestelle für die Boote Gebrauch gemacht. Alles in allem ein außergewöhnliches Feriendomizil für Menschen, die gut zu Fuß sind . ##### Dagmar T.
