Ideal for couples.. All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: 36" Freeview Smart TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Range, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Single (3ft) Bed Bathroom: Bath, Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, No Toilet Separate Toilet.. Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Games/utility room with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, pool table, table tennis and dartboard (shared with other property on-site). Set between the pretty Suffolk villages of Yaxley and Melis, Coachman’s Cottage is a great base for exploring Suffolk and parts of Norfolk. It borders Mellis Common, a 240-acre nature reserve, which is a designated conservation area and a special landscape area. Coachman’s cottage offers spacious accommodation for three people and has a shower cubicle and a bath, along with a lovely range to cook on and an enclosed garden. With equestrian facilities on-site, hacks are available if arranged prior to arrival, along with the use of qualified coaching staff. With Norwich, Bury St Edmunds and Ipswich all around 40 minutes away, you can head in any direction and find something great to see and do. Visit Norwich and explore the splendid Norman castle and numerous museums and galleries. Head to Bury St Edmunds with its beautiful abbey, or even Ipswich where you will find its waterfront packed with cafés, galleries and shops. For a change of pace, you can be in picturesque Southwold or Walderswick in just 50 minutes. Here you will find beautiful coastal sand dunes and wide, sandy beaches.
