### Quiet holiday home in the holiday park Extertal!

The fully equipped non-smoking holiday home in Scandinavian style is bright and comfortably furnished. From the in-house parking lot you can reach your holiday home, which is equipped on two levels with 3 separate bedrooms (2x with double bed, 1x single bed), a living room with open kitchen, a separate hallway as well as a bathroom and sauna.  
The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, dining area for 5 people, as well as a large multimedia TV and a fireplace.  
Basic firewood and lighters are already available in the holiday home. The seating area can be used as an additional bed. From the living room you have direct access to your beautiful terrace with a view of the forest, which invites you to linger.  
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, has via an oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and many other important utensils.  
The bedroom adjacent to the living room is equipped with enough storage space and a multimedia TV. The other two bedrooms (1x with multimedia TV) are on the upper floor, which adjoin a beautiful sideboard. Here you can retreat and read a book in peace.  
  
The Busch holiday homes are located in the Extertal holiday park between the Weser Uplands and the Teutoburg Forest. Our nature houses are located in the immediate vicinity of beautiful hiking trails between forests, meadows and mountains, from where you can start a hike or a walk. Starting from the holiday park, you can easily reach up to 40 sights by car.  
The surrounding area is also ideal for cycling and mountain biking.  
  
Popular destinations are Hameln, Minden, Bückeburg, Bad Pyrmont and Hanover.  
  
You can bring a maximum of 5 people and 2 pets.  
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday homes.  
  
Your own parking space is of course available free of charge. You can reserve more parking spaces through us.

#### Schönes Haus, aber finanziell Mogelpackung

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben, sauber und nett gelegen, dazu gibt es keinerlei Beanstandung. Ginge es nur um das Haus, hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben. Bevor ich zu meinem Kritikpunkt komme: wir sind drei Freunde, die seit Jahren uns irgendwo in der Mitte Deutschlands treffen, weil wir aus verschiedenen Ecke anreisen müssen. Wir machen das immer Januar/Februar weil da ansonsten nichts los ist und alle Vermieter entspannt sind. Dieses Mal war das erste Mal, dass wir uns dabei über den Tisch gezogen gefühlt haben. Alles kostet extra und steht so und insbesondere in der Höhe nicht in der Anzeige. Zweites Auto - extra, late check-out - extra (knapp ein halber Tagessatz und ohne das irgendjemand im Nachgang das Haus beziehen wollte), Strom - extra (30% teurer als normal, Heizung über Strom und Haus im Winter ausgekühlt). Dazu kam noch, dass Bettzeug fehlte (war natürlich auch extra abgerechnet worden) und das fehlende Bettzeug erst am nächsten Tag geliefert wurde. Eine Entschuldigung oder vielleicht eine Erstattung - Fehlanzeige! Insgesamt war der Preis so 60% höher als in der Anzeige angegeben.

#### Herausragende Gastfreundschaft - Super Ferienhaus

Unsere Familie war im September im Extertal-Ferienpark in den Häusern von Familie Busch. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, der Garten mit einer tollen Aussicht lädt gerade zu ein. Toll war die herausragende Gastfreundschaft, das große Wissen was Gäste brauchen, und das unaufdringliche IMMMER DA WENN MAN WAS BRAUCHT. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

#### Alles super sauber, sehr freundlich, tolles Haus

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gab einen Grill, Seife und Toilettenpspier, aber auch eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung fehlte nicht. Das WLAN funktionierte sehr gut, sogar auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Das Haus liegt ruhig mit einem einmaligen Ausblick von der Terrasse, in den Wald. Morgens haben wir während des Frühstücks Rehe beobachtet. Die Wanderwege sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht. Für uns war es sehr angenehm, dass der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
