Ideally located in the heart of town, it is within walking distance to most attractions. Comfortable but basic, it is the perfect getaway for a single person or couple who wish to see what Exmouth has on offer at a very low price and represents excellent value. Free high speed reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are available. Property Features: Air-conditioned with a modern split system. Comfortable Queen bed. Cold bar fridge, an electric kettle, some crockery and cutlery. Chest of drawers, a tv and a barbeque. Bathroom consists of a toilet, shower, and hand basin. Alfresco area with a table and chairs in front of the villa is perfect for a barbeque. Parking for a car and boat / trailer adjacent to the holiday village. Please note this property has a minimum night stay of 2 nights. Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. Strictly no smoking inside this property and no pets. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years and a security deposit is payable prior to check-in at the property. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability. Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. The TV didn’t work and lots of mozzies It is a great location but wasn’t very comfortable to stay in. The place wasn’t very clean (dust and hair under the toaster) and the shower leaked. The door was hard to use and mozzies easily came in and out of the room through the gap underneath.
