Centrally located, this fully air-conditioned home features an open plan living/dining area and the spacious undercover patio surrounded by lush shady palms is perfect for a barbeque and a cold one after a day exploring the North West Cape. Property Features: Comfortable lounge room. Fully-equipped kitchen with gas cook top, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed There is also a Tri-bunk located in the back of the lounge Laundry Undercover alfresco area with a barbeque and fantastic gulf views from the front porch. Noise restrictions apply between 10pm and 8am. Minimum age for booking is 25 years. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays.
