You'll feel very welcome in this beautiful home. The modern kitchen opens up to a large patio area through large glass sliding doors. Outside you can entertain and cook on the barbeque in the alfresco area. The perfect for your next family or group getaway. Property Features: Spacious living area to watch your favourite channels. Open plan kitchen and dining area have plenty of space for meal preparation and dining with your family and friends. Bedroom 1 - King Sized with ensuite Bedroom 2 - Queen Sized Bedroom 3 - Queen Sized Bedroom 4 - Queen Sized Second TV room - Can also be used as a fifth bedroom. Has a Tri-bunk and a pull out sofa with TV. Property includes Wi-Fi. Family bathroom and laundry which is accessed through the fourth bedroom or alternatively through the external sliding door. Parking available for four cars / trailers with no clearance issues. Please note there is no guest access to the garage. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets.
