This elegant, tastefully decorated home has a spacious open plan living/dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry and even a coffee-pod machine. The lounge comes with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV for your entertainment. The guests are provided with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the whole house. Property Features: Master retreat with a King Size bed and a wall mounted TV, a sleek ensuite with double vanity and large shower and a balcony overlooking the canal. Bedroom 2 - Queen Size bed. Bedroom 3 - Queen Size bed. Bedroom 4 - Two King singles which can be converted to a King if required. Family Bathroom Laundry Entertain your family and friends, host a barbeque in the alfresco area with magnificent water views and afterwards soak in the glorious Exmouth sunset from the spa. Property is fully fenced outside from both the road and the canal. Gated access to the canal side footpath will allow you to stroll along the marina and soak in the water views. This is a perfect venue for your next holiday in Exmouth, come and enjoy the local attractions and indulge in pure luxury. Parking available for up to two vehicles and two boats / trailers. Guests have access to the garage. Please note this property has a minimum night stay. Please select your dates to see the nightly minimum. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music. Dispointed that no cleaning products were provided. We had to purchase a mop from the IGA to clean the floors daily due to the dust as our 1 year old was getting filthy crawling around. Would have been nice if a vacuum cleaner and mop were provided. Also very hard to keep the upstairs bedroom cool as the upstairs windows have no blinds. Otherwise great service and great house.
