Excellent hotel, great location , good breakfast ,friendly staff and always happy to help. Nice and clean rooms. Separate room dedicated as smoking place on the ground floor was a positive surprise. Definitely will stay in this hotel again.
The Cosmopolitan Hotel was great for its location to the Cosmoprof show. Complimentary shuttles to the show were frequent and I never had to wait more than a few minutes. Travel time is under ten minutes. Hotel breakfasts and late afternoon snacks were a lovely way to wrap up a busy day of work. Rooms are a great size, huge windows that open with no screens were fabulous and the room was kept very clean. Loved that the bed linens were changed every day. Staff was amazing, offered to help with all requests with no hesitation. Wifi was never an issue, was fast for me. Free parking was nice. Distance to Bologna's main city centre was not far at all.
Location good if driving onto another location as close to the motorway and is approx. 10 minute drive into Bologna town centre. Excellent value for money and very good breakfast for £1.50 each (prebooked). The room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was good.

Had a little bit of a grumpy welcome from receptionist but the rest of the stay was excellent, they staff were so helpful and on the whole friendly. The beds are so comfy and clean, breakfast was delicious. Ten minutes from airport and on a main bus route making it very accessible.
stayed here for two nights in April, for a conference . nice stay - comfortable and quiet. well appointed room and bathroom. breakfast adequate if a little sparse. But would be happy to stay again. Very accommodating staff.
We stayed here during the week of the Cersaie exhibition and found the hotel very comfortable. The location was very handy with a direct bus stopping just outside the hotel every 12 minutes for the show site. Our room was large and with two single beds pushed together still very comfortable. It had a more dated/traditional style of décor than a lot of the exhibition area hotels which can be more modern and stark. The restaurant Garagnelli at the sister property across the road was very good, if a little expensive. Breakfast was the usual continental meats, cheese, pastries and cereal - more than adequate for our needs.
Bologna's sprawling exhibition center, one of Europe's largest, is set 3 km northeast of the downtown area. Here, 18 pavilions house expos for the food, fashion, and auto industries, among others. Aerobus shuttles link from the airport for most events; this trade fair district is also served by a dedicated toll road--and for the biggest events, a dedicated rail station, BolognaFiere.
