Set in your own Devonian paradise of 2 acres, near Exeter and major travel links. The cottage is large and spacious with two bedrooms - one with king bed the second with a double bed and two singles. All modern conveniences, microwave, cooker, washing machine, Wi Fi, tv, stereo, coffee machine. Includes desking with seating area and patio heater for colder nights, fire pit, lawns, large parking area. Set in 2 acres of drive, garden and paddock with a shallow stream running through. We have a11m X 5m heated outdoor pool available for guest use. They were very responsive and extremely helpful. The holiday cottage is really spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 4 adults, 1 toddler and a dog to holiday together. We enjoyed the pool, the dog enjoyed the stream and the toddler loved running around the giant garden. The property was very clean and high spec, with lovely rooms - especially the bedrooms which are v large and v nicely furnished - and the decking/outdoor dining area and pool are a great addition to the package. The cottage is set in a very green and lush garden, and despite being helpfully close to major trunk routes for exploring exeter and the surrounding area, it feels like a real escape to nature spending time there.
