The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Centre, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV. The apartment is spacious and light with a lounge/dining area and separate kitchen. Smart 55' TV and WIFI included. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. From the lounge, kitchen and bedroom the large traditional windows look out onto greenery and provides lovely natural light. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean. A couple of points to note are the steep external stairs leading to the entrance and the neighbour’s cockarel who gave us an unexpected alarm call both mornings!
