Everything you’d expect to find at home is here. The lounge features a flatscreen TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed for extra guests, so up to 4 of you can enjoy being close to everything that makes Exeter such an attractive place to stay, whether you’re here on business, or to study at the university, check out the shops or relax around the Quay.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped to give you more independence on longer stays away from home - the oven and hob so you can cook for yourself, the washer so you can keep your clothes clean, and all the utensils you’re likely to need, they’re all here.  
  
The sole bedroom is presented as either a king or twins and comfortable to help you get a good night’s sleep. There’s storage space too for your belongings. And when it’s time to freshen up at the start or end of the day, the apartment’s modern bathroom provides you with a relaxing place to do exactly that.  
  
New kitchen & redecoration planned for November 2020 - Covid has slowed our plans down.
