This is a 4 bedroom cozy cabin that sleeps 10 people. Every room is fully stocked, has an outbuilding for toy storage and a sauna to relax in. This cabin is situated on 40 acres, is less than a mile from the snowmobile/ORV trail and just down the road from the Ottawa National forest. Even though we mostly only spent our evenings in the cabin because we went all over the Western UP hiking, waterfall hunting & just enjoying the outdoors. The cabin was well stocked with dishes & cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.. We were able to have a nice sit down breakfast & put together lunches for each day. We normally come to the Northwoods area every year for our annual family snowmobile trip. This year was not a year for snow put the owners of the cabin were very helpful in guiding on activities for us to enjoy since snowmobiling was not an option. The cabin was clean and well decorated. They have everything you need in the kitchen minus food in the fridge for your stay. Games to play, movies to watch and tvs in every room. Anytime we had a question they responded very promptly. No complaints about the cleanliness of the cabin, everything was in great condition and the cabin was decorated beautifully. We weren’t able to take advantage of any trails on the property as they couldn’t be used on foot so only mornings and evenings were spent at the cabin itself. Unfortunately global warming etc. has changed the summer climate in the UP. The sun didn’t set until close to 10pm during our stay and the cabin is without any type of AC. We found this problematic during our stay as the temperature upstairs remained at 80-86 degrees all but one evening. Would recommend a window unit at least for the upstairs as the temps up here aren’t as cool as they used to be. Overall a good stay but wouldn’t choose this one again in the summer. ##### Tiffany R.
