The bright and welcoming living room includes a seating area with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals. Access to a 20 m² terrace is ideal for enjoying the lake view.  
  
Night Area:  
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, equipped with numerous closets.  
  
Bathroom:  
A shower and washing machine are available, and there is a separate toilet.  
  
Deposit:  
Upon arrival, a €1,000 security deposit will be required to guarantee the safety of your stay. This property is managed by a professional agency, ensuring quality service.
