« My family (husband and two teen boys) stayed at Andrea’s well-appointed cottage for three nights/four days. The setting of the cottage is amazing. I spent hours on the deck watching the river and the variety of birds, including a bald eagle. Andrea is the most thoughtful host I’ve encountered. Not only is the cottage immaculate, she has thought of every detail in terms of what you may need to make your stay comfortable. Towels, headlamps, binoculars for bird watching, a variety of magazines...

« What a perfect place for a family visit to. Cotter. Perfect location to walk to fishing, swimming, parks, stores, fly shops, food, drinks and entertainment. The house is perfectly stocked and super comfy beds and the decor is great! »

« We loved staying on this property. It felt like we were staying at our Grandmas house. It was very comfortable and welcoming . My husband and I loved learning the history of the Pruitt family. We would try to figure out who was in the pictures on the wall. Access to the river and creek were wonderful. We would love to go back in the summer and utilize the swimming hole. « My wife an i stayed at the house for a long weekend. It was centrally located for all the activities. It was very peaceful, remote and still just minutes from town. It was decorated with so many things that you really needed to look twice to notice all the details. « Great place to stay if you are fishing Bull Shoals lake or the White river. Less than a mile to the ramp. Spacious and quiet. Convenient pull through driveway making it easy to park your boat. Nice view of the lake from the deck. »
