### Spacious unit in historic neighborhood with mountain and downtown views

This is a month-to-month furnished rental unit which includes a separate private entrance steps from parking space. Great view of Cascade mountains, including Mount Baker and downtown. A spacious unit featuring large living room with pull-out sleeping sofa, fully-stocked Cook's kitchen, dining room/office space, private full bathroom, and bedroom with new carpet and blackout blinds. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. An LG 65" Smart TV features Apps for streaming services including Prime, Netflix, YouTube, and Paramount+.   
  
Abundant storage available via an adjacent indoor storage room on the same level. Pets are welcome. Shared use of the enclosed back yard which includes a deck, firepit, and BBQ. Pets are also allowed off-leash in a gated area on south side of the house. Guaranteed parking on-site. Owners live upstairs and communicate if need driveway. Otherwise tenant is free to park in driveway in front of unit. Street parking also available.   
  
Walking distance to local bus stops. Everett Station has Park and Ride Bus terminal, Amtrak and regional Sounder train station (1.6 mi). Near downtown Everett coffee shops, on- and off-leash dog parks, the marina and restaurants.
