Nice and clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant

Staff was very pleasant and the customer service was what you'd expect from a 5 star place. Room was clean, and beds were some of the best I've slept in aside from my temporpedic at home. It's not the Ritz, but for a good nights sleep it's hard to beat.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's a bit hard to find since it is tucked away behind another hotel but it's worth the find.

The room was clean, Even though a little out dated, which wasn't an issue, it was a pleasant hassle free and convenient stay.

Pros: Comfortable room
Cons: Have refrigerators with freezer compartment Have earlier hours to use laundry
Location: A bit difficult to maneuver to get to. Not right on 128th St. nor 4th Ave. Have to go down several short roads to get to but manageable
Room was comfortable and roomy except bathroom a bit small. There was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator (ugh!). It would have been nice to put my ice packs from ice chest. Since we stayed 6 nights, I needed to do laundry. Front desk has the boxes of detergent and dryer sheets to purchase plus rolls of quarters if needed which was convenient. Laundry room does not open til 9AM. I had to call them to open for me the first time I used. Dryers and washing machines (2 of each) were in good working order.

Next time you stay with us, if you wind up without one again please let us know so we can put your icepacks in our employee freezer to keep them cold for you. As for the laundry hours, we have them set for quiet hours so as to not disrupt the quality of stay for the guests who are located around the laundry room. We sincerely hope to see you again on your future travels, it is always a pleasure.

Location: shopping close if thats what your into , close to freeway....
just a great room and nice breakfast, desk helped and , great place would go back....

Comfortable with waffles for breakfast. Very little water pressure in the shower. Nice front desk staff, gave our child a treat when we checked in.

The staff were welcoming and the room was nice. I had added a night to my stay which confused them. They canceled my key card after the first night which was a hassle as I had carried many things up to my room and then had to carry them all back down to the desk. The shower is confusing to adjust for temperature. Nice Room and friendly service.

When we make guest keys they are only set for the amount of days initially booked through us, and if the stay gets extended, new keys need to be made to include the extra night.
