Need new beds

Floor felt filthy. Place was a nightmare to find. But everything else was great, people were friendly. There's a weird 200$ block on your cc if you book a nonsmoking room but you arent charged for it if you don't smoke.

I am sorry to hear about the floor, we regularly get our carpets professionally cleaned and treat them ourselves in between, but it appears we may have missed a room. And you are right, at check in we do authorize for incidentals to cover any damages incurred on our property, including but not limited to smoking. We are a 100% smoke free hotel and try our best to make sure every guest gets a clean and comfortable experience while with us. Pet-friendly, helpful and clean accommodation

We booked in with our dog for a two night stay. Hotel is very pet-friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to meet other guests also travelling with pets. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. The bed comfortable and nice touches such as a fridge and microwave. There is a nice strip of grass out in the front which is perfect for those with pets. I liked this property very much. The rate was great and it's very easy to locate with excellent access to I-5. I would definitely stay here again.

Water pressure in shower was very poor. Slow stream. Bed needed replacing it sagged in the middle.

Convenient overnighter

Easy to find. Right next to freeway. Our room was on back side away from the road so very quiet. Neighbors not so much on 3rd floor. Great breakfast area. Very comfortable.

good room, good price

Pros: the staff, rooms, and free breakfast were all awesome. waffles, people, waffles.
Cons: the one thing that brought my rating down since my last stay... both beds in my room had a big ol canyon in them. while sleeping, i'd roll over and end up in a ditch. switched to the other bed, same deal, opposite side. my last room here, the bed i slept on was perfect. i understand this stuff comes up eventually, so i'm not too bummed out.
