The staff were welcoming and the room was nice. I had added a night to my stay which confused them. They canceled my key card after the first night which was a hassle as I had carried many things up to my room and then had to carry them all back down to the desk. The shower is confusing to adjust for temperature. Nice Room and friendly service.

We are glad to hear that you received the friendly service we are known for providing, but are sorry that there was an issue with your room keys. When we make guest keys they are only set for the amount of days initially booked through us, and if the stay gets extended, new keys need to be made to include the extra night.
