We loved everything about this place and would definitely go back again except for one important thing. They use something called Pluto TV. It's the worst thing I've ever had to navigate. There's nothing live. Everything is a tape. It has to keep pausing to let the streaming catch up like on a computer. We had a couple of very favorite things to watch last night and missed it all. I was quite upset. We had the girl from the front desk come up to help us and she couldn't even figure it out. It's a beautiful place and I would stay there again but will ask first about their Pluto TV situation.

This is an excellent hotel with great staff, comfortable rooms and is extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff, especially Raul and Megan, are top notch. The view from our room was great as it overlooked the marina. 5 big stars for this one.

Great location. Staff was great. A little noisy and the alarm clock and air conditioner light were really bright and it was hard to sleep. Bed was comfortable.

The best hotel on our trip!
We travelled north from California, and this was our absolute favourite hotel that we stayed in. The service was incredible, the staff extremely friendly. The surrounding restaurants, excellent, and the views out to the ocean were beautiful. We especially love the lobby area for having a coffee in the morning, with the fireplace roaring. we will be back!

Visiting daughter stationed at Naval Station Everett. Hotel is right outside the main gate. Walking distance to barracks. Very nice hotel. Good bed. Better than average breakfast. Reasonable price.

I like the view of the Marina, I had a room reserved and wanted that room #302 and when I checked in I got room #203. They both have Marina views but I wanted the top floor. Just was pretty disappointed because I reserved it a couple weeks early to get the room I wanted. They also need a small area to serve some appetizers and cocktails. The staff was very friendly though.

Paul, the evening manager was excellent: friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. The room-delvered breakfast was fun and special. We will stay there again when our path takes us to that area.
