Upon arrival, I had to call and ask to switch us a room because the room 210 had a broken bed that my daughter almost fell off. Asked for clean sheets and towels as we stayed overnight. This was not done. Door was jammed did not properly lock and shower felt weak as soon as you stepped in felt like it was going to cave in.
