« We arrived later than planned a nd were told that our ground floor room was given to someone else, even though I had paid in full for our stay when booking the room. My sister is mobility impaired and needed a ground floor as I requested when I booked the room.
They offered the only available room for the night and said they would put us in a ground floor room in the morning. The room they offered was upstairs, so it was difficult and painful for her to get up the stairs.
