The premises were very modern, including elevators, bathrooms, lobby, restaurant and rooms. Very comfortable bed. In Brussels, it is not the practice to provide water free of charge - all dining establishments offer bottled water only - which MUST be paid for. A glass of tap water simply isn’t available.

The host was wonderful and the property was lovely. Close enough to attractions while being in a more quiet area. Delicious baked goods and other breakfast options provided. The host accommodated an early arrival and offered a quick breakfast option one day as we had an early tour scheduled. Thank you! Merci beaucoup!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in Brussels. Was a bank in the 1850's recently converted to an art boutique hotel. Spacious rooms by any standard. Amazing staff from beginning to end. Wish they had this in other parts of the world - would definitely stay there. The dinner was next level fantastic, compliments to the chef and staff.

"Lovely, helpful staff. Stayed with my 8 year old son. Pool is really good, 1.2 meter depth and life guards super friendly and nice. Fatalities very good and the breakfast had loads of choice. 200KW EV charging points are excellent. Would certainly stay again."
