Our room was filthy. Tables, mirrors covered in dust ! Dresser drawer would not close. Bathtub badly stained.

The property was located right off the hwy. 1 mile up the road there is everything you need from shopping, restaurants, as well as the hospital. Reasonable price not the best place to stay in the area but definitely a great location. The property and rooms were clean no problem at all, very friendly staff!

Clean, neat, and friendly staff. The beds were hard, breakfast was meh, no ice on the half and half so some of them were lumpy. Juice machine was held shut with electrical tape. It was ok.

The room was dusty and dirty. The dresser drawers would not stay shut and opened every time you walked past it. The "free breakfast" was less than desirable. No hot food, only what could be microwaved in the dirty microwave. Will not be staying here again.

I called ahead & was able to get an early check in She was very informative, kind & helpful. Upon arrival the man stayed he didn’t know who I talked but we don’t do early check in. He acted as though it was a problem, and a maid came to assure me I had a room ready!

We went to the State Wresrling Finals and got to the hotel around midnight. It was a long drive into a long night we was ready to get a good night sleep. Got here and checked in went to the room and the door was wide open disnt even need a key to vet in. Then went down to get extra sheet blanket and pillow for the pull out couch and he told me they were full and there was non left. So my husband slept on the tiny couch with no blanket so my daughter could sleep in the bed with me. I wasnt a hppy camper will have to make a big decision as to if we stay at another baymont hotel. Our usual is Holiday Inn but we chose Baymont this time. Not a happy customer

The so called housekeeping doesn't know how to clean, PERIOD!!! Management needs to train these people how to clean a toilet properly. We shouldn't see mold under the rim of the toilet seat. The ceiling fans need to be dusted at least once a year. Oh and don't get me started on what was squirted on the TV screen. Use the attachments on your vacuum cleaner for those hard to reach places such as the lamp shades considering I found a short and curly hair on one.GROSS!!! NOT suggesting anyone stay in this hotel.
