Watch highlights on the 75" and 80" screens and soak up peaceful views overlooking the 14th hole from an expansive deck and screened-in porch, complete with beer on tap. Enjoy access to the community driving range, tennis/pickle ball courts, swimming pool, and cart paths with the included golf cart. Experience a true golf vacation here in charming Augusta, GA! This 4,000 sq foot home has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, one large bonus room with an air mattress and large sofa, and an office with a pull-out sofa. There is also the ability to open a sixth bedroom that has 2 twin beds and a crib, if needed (which, unless requested for more space, will otherwise be locked). There are three full bathrooms on the second floor and one half bath on the main floor. The master bath includes a jacuzzi tub. The main floor of the house has a kitchen and eating area, a living room, a ping-pong room, and an office, as well as a screened-in porch, large back deck with eating area and grill, and a tap to pour your own draft beers. The back porch and deck offer scenic views overlooking the 14th fairway of the Jones Creek Golf Course. This property is our primary residence and only availble to rent during Masters week. Born in Virginia in 1780, he came to Richmond County in his youth and studied law. Freeman Walker, in 1826, deeded 70 acres of land to the United States Government to be used as an arsenal-the site now of the Junior College of Augusta. He reserved one acre as a family burial ground, known as the Walker Cemetery. He was the father of Maj. Gen. W. H. T. Walker, CSA. Admitted to the bar in 1802, he followed a life of public service; City Attorney for three years and Mayor of Augusta 1817-19, being the first to hold the city´s chief executive office under the name of Mayor, and Brigade Inspector of Gen.
