The property is nice and quiet, within easy walking distance of Evandale village centre. The property itself is well appointed, light and airy. The master bed was very comfortable with quality linen. House was spotlessly clean, and located in quiet area in a lovely wee town that was an easy 10 minute car journey into Launceston. Would be better if the ensuite had a door on it so I could not see the wife on the toilet when I walked into the bedroom.
