The second floor is all yours. Beautiful sunrise views from the decks and dock, great sunsets from the dock. Good fishing. Close to boat ramp and park. All newer space best setup for up to six people (2 Kings, 1 Queen Bed) with great functionality, decks & open space. 8 miles off I-95 and 1 mile off Old Hwy 6 and Red Bank Road. Note: Nominal construction going on nearby. Parents of small children will want to supervise outdoor activities. Please be aware that the lower level is an Owners Villa that is used occasionally when in the area. Recommend providing some fisherman friendly items; fish cleaning sink, rod holders mounted to deck, etc. Lakes Marion and Moultrie are in the top 5 for catfishing destinations in the U.S., would bring some vacationers looking to fish. It was lovely and quiet, surrounded by beautiful old live oaks. Once you navigated the stairs, which are rather steep, the door opens into a wonderful living space with three bedrooms, a complete kitchen and a living room with a view of the lake. There are two decks and the larger one, off the living room, has a lovely view of the lake. Each bedroom has a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The downside is, if you are bringing family members, there is only one bathroom. The shower is amazing and there is a powder room at the foot of the stairs. ##### Susan M.
