It is just under an acre and very safely fenced, my dogs loved it. Every time we came back from somewhere they ran straight thru house to back yard. Clean and comfortable. No stairs, which is nice and 5 minutes to Waterman where my parents are. It was perfect for us, but is large enough for family or group. On a scale from 1 to 10 it is an 11!
