Bad wifi,Need sign in every 30 minutes Bad customer service They want 6 dollars for electrical adapter They doesn't allow AC to keep on when you leave the room, and electric plugs stop when room card is removed, so don't think of charging your laptop or power bank when away. Breakfast is chargeable, and parking very tight and jam Room tea cups dirty when you ask for plate from reception, you don't get it and they don't tell you to call the restaurant instead.

The food was generally of a good standard both for breakfast and for evening meals. I did not like the height of the toilet roll holders - they are far too low necessitating trips to the ground floor toilet! The young man near reception who seemed to have several duties including cleaning, ordering taxis and local driving to Axis Shopping Mall showed exceptionally good customer service skills! The area is not the best but taxis do not take long to arrive! All in all I think 4 out of 5 points for the hotel!

Excellent hotel, plentiful breakfast, the staff are very helpful especially the Reception staff, Ramzaan and Bathuhan were more than helpful and very polite. 5 star facilities. I stayed with my 4 kids and getting Reasonably priced transport available. The hotel staff even went out of their wat by dropping us off for free. A very good and clean hotel.to and from hotel was quite easy.

The hotel is very nice. It’s service, size of rooms, cleanliness and treatment were excellent. Breakfast included a variety of food. Although, receptionists were good but The receptionist Jalal was the best of all, he was very friendly and helpful. The worst of the hotel was the public transportation, it was difficult to get a taxi while the nearest train station needs about 7-10 minutes walk which was difficult on early hot August. Generally speaking, our experience was good.

Expect twin beds if you reserve a room with more than one bed. Front desk staff excellent in what they do. Restaurant is fine too. Language problem is big with other staff. There is great opportunity for improvement in housekeeping service.

The location was okay. 20-25 mins by driving to city center (Taksim, SultanAhmet). The hotel offers free shuttle to the closest metro station. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended

The staff were friendly and cooperative. Room was spacious and had a very nice view from the 10th floor. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. It takes 10 to 15 minutes walking to the metro and bus stations To get to the hotel through the industrial workshops was the only disadvantage. Yet, value for money was good.
