"Very basic clean single room, good comfortable single bed. Small television boasting a few Freeview channels. Electric kettle, cup and drinking glass provided together with coffee, tea, milk sachets Very thin walls, you'll hear all that's happening in the adjoining rooms. Took a shower in the communal bathroom but no hot water! OK as a shelter for ONE night."

"The property is in a great location for The Piece Hall and some great restaurants. The property is perfect for a short stay and was clean with the usual amenities. The communal areas need attention and the area outside the entrance door is by the refuse bins which isn’t ideal but we were aware of that when booking. "
