It’s our favorite place on Earth. We have stayed many places over the years but this place is now our favorite. Our goal is to always park our car and walk everywhere we go. This is the perfect location to do that. It’s a very quaint historical building that captures the spirit of Eureka. It’s not a five star hotel but that’s not what Eureka is all about anyway. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. My only negative and it wasn’t that big of a deal is not having a tv in the bedroom. The property was clean and was exactly as the pictures show. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. All the essentials were present. There were plenty of dishes etc... Due to property sitting directly on the main street it is loud, so if you are looking for a quiet stay you may want to choose a different property. Knowing it was on the main street that did not bother us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people walk by. It would have been nice if the tv in the living room was bigger (we were watching NCAA Tournament). Checking into the property was very easy. One of the reasons we chose this place was due to having a designated parking spot. To us it looked like parking could be somewhat difficult.
