As you enter the cabin, you’ll feel at home under its vaulted ceiling with windows that fill the interior with light. The cabin is decorated in a fishing and wildlife theme that combines traditional decor with a bit of whimsy. There is new flooring throughout the entire cabin. The large bathroom suite includes a shower, a well-lighted vanity area, and a heart-shaped whirlpool bath for two surrounded with glass bricks and fairy lights. The living room space is a cozy place to stare out the windows over the valley, read, or gaze at the fireplace (Duraflame type logs only).

If you don’t want to totally disconnect from the world, you can use the cabin’s Wi-Fi to stream movies and shows on your own Firestick, Roku, or other device (don’t forget your cables!). There is a small DVD library and player and a radio for listening to our local channels or use Bluetooth to select your own playlist. Like to play classic games? There are cards, board games, and dominoes here. If you love to cook, you’ll enjoy preparing meals in the small, but well-stocked kitchen. Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



The Grandview at 7C is private but not remote. You can wile away hours here - relaxing and de-stressing - or you can explore all that northwest Arkansas and the beautiful town of Eureka Springs offer. Whatever you do,

you will find peace, relaxation, and connection here.



The Neighborhood:

Red Bud Valley Village is one of the original resorts in Eureka Springs. There is a large pond for catch and release fishing. No motorized boats allowed. You must follow all state licensing and boating requirements. There are gardens and trails and a small playground for the kids. Designed with rustic yet elegant country charm in the Ozarks in a beautiful park-like setting. The Grand View cabin has all you need for a relaxing stay! Tucked in the Ozark Mountains, 1.5 miles from historic downtown Eureka Springs, Red Bud Valley is one of the most private, peaceful, relaxing and beautiful spots in Northwest Arkansas.

Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
