TABLE ROCK DRIVE #35 (Sleeps 8/1650 Sq Ft) $260 per night (W$210) ON MOUNTAINTOP with amazing lake and island views! Beautiful semi secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a 3 car attached garage. Spacious driveway with plenty of parking, including trailer parking. Master bedroom features a KING BED, vaulted ceiling, large private bath with one person Jacuzzi tub, sliding glass door with access to the deck, 40-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. The second bedroom has a KING BED, 28-inch flat screen LCD TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, 32-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. This home features a spacious kitchen and dining room. The large living room features a memory foam queen sofa sleeper, vaulted ceiling, skylight, 48-inch flat screen LCD TV, and DVD. Floor to ceiling glass windows and doors in the living and dining room allow natural light and spectacular views day and night. There is a huge screened in 10x50 DECK with personal SIX-PERSON HOT TUB, ceiling fans, picnic table, and LAKE VIEW. Free WIFI access provided. Ceiling fans are located in every room. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. No pets. We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions! Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course. The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. Everything was exactly like the listing said it would be. We had some bad weather and they offered to let us reschedule if needed, but everyone wanted to keep this weekend and I’m so glad we did! It was so quiet, and we loved the peaceful vibe. The deer passing through added a magical touch to our mornings and evenings. The most beautiful view I could imagine in the ozarks. We spent allllll of our time on the large screened in deck….coffee wrapped in a blanket and a glass of wine at sunset time.
