There is a trolley stop less than 100 feet away as well. The stairs are not as bad as I thought they would be after reading some other reviews. This house is located about a mile from "the action" of old town Eureka Springs - which is perfect. It's really close to the Passion of the Christ as well. As far as the house, it's perfect for 2 couples or a couple and kids. There are several steps, so if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you, we were fine with it, though. You must be prepared to climb quite a bit of stairs to get up to the place and back down again. If you have trouble with stairs, do not rent this place! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are immaculate. We could’ve used some extra blankets as it was cold in the mornings, and there was no coffee available! There were so MANY stairs and thankful that our group is healthy enough to walk up them.
