It is located in an industrial area, attached to a heavy equipment garage and surrounded by gravel, drive sheds, mini storage and old equipment. There was very little drive by traffic, no work being done nearby, so apart from being a bit surprising, the location wasn’t bad. A very short drive to town, and surrounded by mountains. Large windows frame mountain views. The location might not be for everyone; while convenient both to the town and nearby recreation, it is the only residential structure in an area of industrial and storage buildings.
