Whether you’re just visiting for some of the great outdoor activities in Humboldt, or for a quiet place for you to getaway and work remotely this is sure to be the place. Located within walking distance of local Grocery store, Dick Taylor Chocolate Factory, Old Town shopping/ historical buildings and Eureka's beautiful Boardwalk. Includes Free Parking. Parking info: There is plenty of Free parking in public parking lot located on the property. Please be careful of parking under trees as some birds love the bay view as well and like to nest above the trees and tend to leave behind some droppings. Also Pay attention to posted signs in Eureka, there is 2 hour parking during business hours all throughout old town and on the 1st street side of the building if you shall need to park on the street. Located in a safe and secure building, this unit has an open floor plan that is sure to make you feel at home. The other 5 either would not move or only open an inch or two. And the were very dirty. We were also disappoint that all the windows faced an alley with bright flood lights that stayed on all night and deliveries made very early in the morning. Close to eateries within easy walking distance. Host was quick to respond when we had inquiries. We had a great time for sure. Sleep was a little rough. There is so much outside light that comes inside all night. No nightlight necessary. Full daylight all night from the parking lot and exterior lighting. The parking lot and alley are very noisy until well after 2:00 am when all the bars close. The upstairs is stuffy and for the life of me, I couldn't get a window to open. Mar 15, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Breezy Bungalow By the Bay This property is located in Old Town Eureka with plenty of local cafes and specialty shoppes within walking distance (though hours vary due to COVID). There is also walking along the bay right across the street. The check-in process is a couple steps but Tia’s instructions were extremely helpful. The interior of the building is a little stuffy but the actual unit itself is very spacious and well kept. Heating worked great. Beds were comfy and so were the linens. Lots of closet and drawer space. Parking was extremely easy and convenient! I loved having a lot (versus find your own street parking, etc.). Parking lot stays well-lit near the building at night. I felt safe and was able to relax and enjoy myself. Thanks again for hosting us! ##### Amanda R.
