Where do I start...I think we deserve a 20% refund for the following issues...ESPECIALLY the armed alarm going off. THEN the police arriving. AND three hours of having Vacasa telling me, in essence, that it WAS MY FAULT!!! OTHER ISSUES: Alarm code, no hair drier, shower leaks, only enough hot water for one shower, dirty countertops and bathroom cabinets, 5 beds and no big pots or pans, no tv instructions, master bathroom threshold has screw sticking up about a quarter inch.
