Welcome to The Track House – a peaceful retreat in the heart of Eugene’s TrackTown USA. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 7 and is designed with both relaxation and connection in mind.  
  
Step inside to an open-concept living space with a cozy electric fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen with a huge prep island, and a dining area perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. Upstairs, you’ll find an entertainment room with a large-screen TV in addition to the main living room downstairs—ideal for movie nights, sports, or spreading out when everyone wants their own space.  
The master suite includes a rain shower and handheld option for extra comfort. With five beds (king, queen, twin XL, and two twins), there’s plenty of room for family or friends to unwind.   
  
Everything is kept clean and welcoming so you can settle in with ease.  
One of the highlights of The Track House is the patio that backs directly onto Sheldon High School’s newly resurfaced public track. It’s perfect for morning walks, runs, or simply enjoying the peaceful view with a cup of coffee.  
  
Despite the quiet setting, you’re close to the action—just 10 minutes from Autzen Stadium, 12 minutes to Hayward Field and the University of Oregon, and only a few minutes to local restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Absolutely beautiful house! Comfortable, relaxing space, big kitchen, plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect - very close driving distance to Autzen Stadium, downtown and grocery shopping. We will definitely return!
