But very expensive for the value. After dozens of rentals, this is our worst experience. How it started: I couldn’t find even one roll of toilet paper, and the code didn’t work for the washer/dryer room, so I called the first number. He was out of town, and couldn’t help. We had to leave for an event, so I gave up. How it ended: on the fourth night, the bedframe broke in the middle of the night. I let them know, and he said sorry. Hope no one got hurt. We liked the amount of space, separate bedroom, nice clean bathroom, convenient back door access to the laundry room, easy parking, easy walk to the Market District, & easy drive to Hayward Field. Communication could have been a little better and we had one temporary neighborhood issue that was resolved but otherwise, everything turned out nice.
