Cozy spaces, with lots of plant life and all the amenities handy. We really appreciated the snacks and treats, and especially the toiletry items, which came in clutch when we discovered a few forgotten things! We enjoyed the quiet little patio/zen garden that had a roof. So we even enjoyed during a little rainfall. Although the owners live next door, we had a lot of privacy as well. The only thing to know which is mentioned, and not a problem for us is that 1 bedroom is up a ladder in the loft, and the bonus bedroom opens to the patio. So, a few short covered/private steps to get inside to a bathroom. We chose this room and had no issues. I would recomend this property for a couple visiting the Eugene area. P.S.
