Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air. We found some heaters, so plugged those in and went to dinner. Contacted her, she gave us suggestions, but never followed up on whether her suggestions worked, or if we had heat. That was not good. We were there for a play at the Hult Center, pretty close to that. Overall not bad, if you don't need heat. Ha Ha ##### Sherric J.
