Everything you could want are within just a few miles so getting around is effortless whether you walk, bike, or drive! Just 1 mile to the Oakway Center, 2 miles to Autzen stadium or 5th St Public Market, 3 miles to Matthew Knight Arena! We can't wait for you to enjoy this lovely home! Please be respectful of the neighbors/hood, we do maintain relationships with them. The house is located on a 1/3 acre professionally landscaped private lot with a fully fenced back yard. A ping pong table is available for use in the garage. A propane grill is also available. Rooms are spacious with ample closet space. The home was very convenient to everything in Eugene and Oregon! We use the home as the home base to visit the Oregon Coast, Silver State Falls, Woodburn and other localities. No stairs, beautiful back yard perfect for his dog and sitting in the evening, excellent quiet well maintained neighborhood in Cal Young district.
