Hayward field and the Performing Arts Center just 1 mile walking. Lots of great restaurants also just walking . This is a small studio unit with all that you should need for your stay with us. I am not on-site so please contact me or my co-host thru the Airbnb App. This apt building is in the University District which is in downtown Eugene. It is close to numerous venues, 7-11 across the street and Whole Foods 5 blocks away. Easy access to anywhere via car. Bus stop is 2 blocks away and there are hourly bike and scooter rentals on every block. You can also walk almost anywhere and the terrain is flat for miles. Please take care of the unit and it\`s belongings and leave in the same condition as when you arrived. Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure. No smoking on property or vaping. Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in the other units. As a courtesy, could you notify us in the app on the day of departure when you have departed. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person.
