Just a short walk to Vero’s coffee shop and cafe or McMenimums Brewery along with many other restaurants and other shopping within blocks. This booking is for studio apt 2A. This is the middle lower unit. My co-host Amanda and I can be reached thru the Airbnb site at any time if you need anything The studio is near multiple restaurants and shopping. Only 6 blocks to the U of O campus and 1.1 miles to Hayward Field walking or 1.5 miles driving. 4 Blocks to District Hospital and 6 miles to RiverBend Hospital. Easy walking and biking throughout the area and a bus route just 2 blocks away. Also a grab and go bike just blocks away. All bedding including comforter and all other cloth items are completely cleaned per guidelines for your personal use. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am Please take care of the unit and it’s belongings and leave in the same condition as you arrived. Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure. Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in my other units. As a courtesy, could you notify us in the app on your day of departure when you have vacated the unit.
