It is also just steps from The Tower Court Pool, Pistache Park, Trails and The Meeting House.

Walk through the front door of this deep green home into the spacious living and dining area which are flooded with natural light. The elegant kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs. There is a half-bathroom and laundry room located on the first floor of the home.

The second floor features all bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is the well decorated king suite. The second bedroom on the right is the bunk room with twin over full bunk plus twin pull out. The Third bedroom features a king bed- The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The final sleeping area is the loft with a queen bed- a great space for kids to hang after a long day at the lake or pool.

Nolan's Nook has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Nolan Nooks allows 30 pounds or less pets.
