« The service from the Staff was fantastic. Alicia at the front desk was very helpful. And James who drove the shuttle went above and beyond. We were looking for a good place for dinner. He took our whole party of 10 to a restaurant in Little Italy that he recommended. He called the restaurant and made sure they could accommodate us and then told us to call him when we were done and he came and picked us up within 10 minutes, The Bartender - Marshall, was also very helpful and fun.
