Perfect for families or couples and small fur babies bursting with natural lighting, modern furnishings. Well located and only a few minutes’ walk to Ettalong Beach shops, cafes, cinema and eateries and a short drive to Umina Beach. Master bedroom has a king bed, air con, ceiling fan and built ins. Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and has a queen bed, ensuite with shower, ceiling fan and built-ins and bedroom 3 has a king single bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed for a third child, ceiling fan and built ins.
